Scotty McCreery laughed it off when he took a tumble on stage during a recent concert.
McCreery shared a clip of that moment on his social media accounts on Tuesday evening (March 25). The crowd audibly reacted when the North Carolina-born “It Matters To Her” star tripped and fell backwards during his performance. McCreery got back up and jokingly said into the mic, “who put that there?” He scored, “The Stage: 1, Me: 0.”
“I haven’t done that in a minute,” McCreery said while talking about the fall after the show. His bandmates and other team members said “Scotty falling” was the “highlight” of the night. One of them said he “was a little concerned” when McCreery fell on stage, and “glad he didn’t hurt himself, but it was just a little enjoyable.” Some commenters laughed along with the singer-songwriter, and applauded his “great recovery” during the show. Fellow country artist Chris Lane laughed as he admitted he’s “been there a million times.”
McCreery is in the midst of a lengthy list of tour dates stretching into summer 2025, including headlining shows and joining the lineup of Kane Brown’s “The High Road Tour.” See McCreery’s list of upcoming tour dates below.
