After years of working to get a location in the area, Hooters has officially opened its doors in Bryan.
Nearly two dozen people stood in line Monday for the restaurant's opening at 4:00 p.m.
The Atlanta-based restaurant is on Highway 6, north of Boonville Road, next door to the Cotton Patch Cafe.
There was a soft-opening last week with limited service as part of staff training.
