Here’s some bad news for fans of the Costco food court …
They’re getting rid of some menu items to make room for healthier options -- including some vegan and vegetarian stuff.
In some or all stores, Costco is ditching things like chocolate frozen yogurt, the barbecue brisket sandwich, chili and the Polish hot dog.
With those items out of the way, the Costco food court will now offer, among other things, açai (ah-sah-EE) bowls and and an al pastor salad with plant-based protein.
But don’t worry … The $1.50 hot dog and soda combo is still around. For now.
