A Navasota man was arrested Monday after leading police on a chase through Bryan.
Authorities say they were looking for 25-year-old Jose Garza after a possible domestic violence incident.
They caught him driving on Shiloh Avenue and after officers approached the car and asked Garza to take the keys out of the ignition, he instead sped off.
Officers say he nearly crashed into several people and almost lost control of the car.
Authorities found him parked at someone's home after a neighbor called.
Garza was arrested and charged with evading arrest, driving with a suspended license, and several other charges.
