The 2018 World Happiness Report was released yesterday by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network for the United Nations. According to the survey, which factors in things like income, freedom, trust, healthy life expectancy, social support, and generosity, Finland is the happiest country in the world. It overtook its neighbor Norway which was last year's winner. The United States dropped four spots from last year to number-18.
