For the past four years, Jake Pratt has worked diligently as the manager of his high school’s football team. Jake, who has Down's syndrome, has formed a special bond with the team’s players and recently suited up, took the field and actually scored a touchdown during a game.
The inspiring video of Jake’s dash to the end zone made its way to Dabo Swinney, who happens to be the head coach of the defending national champion college team, the Clemson Tigers.
Coach Swinney invited Jake to attend Clemson’s game against the Auburn Tigers – and took some time before the game to personally welcome and thank Jake for coming to the big game.
There were smiles all around, with those smiles continuing after the game as Clemson was victorious.
