A border collie named Riley didn’t have such a great life as a puppy. She was born to a family that couldn't care for her and then sold to a Minnesota woman who treated her even worse.
But those rough beginnings didn't stop Riley from turning everything around and becoming a championship winning dog.
A rescue agency was able to get Riley out of her troubled home at just a few weeks old – and then get her into the hands of animal trainer Mark Faragoi, who was touched by her story, adopted the puppy at 10 weeks old, and started training her into a champion.
Sure enough, since the age of one, Riley has qualified for the world championships every year, winning the Incredible Dog Challenge in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
Mark says Riley thrives on the crowd energy. Whenever the crowd starts clapping, she just goes and goes, making the most of all her opportunities.
